As part of our development, we are seeking a Junior Technical Consultant capable of understanding our clients’ business challenges and managing projects independently, from analysis to operational implementation.
Conduct an in-depth analysis of clients’ actual business needs after signing the project.
Understanding existing processes and identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation
Translate functional requirements into concrete, structured software solutions.
Configure, organise and deploy ERP solutions and associated tools
Manage projects independently, with support from the consultancy team if necessary.
Act as the client’s main point of contact during the implementation phase.
Proposing out-of-the-box approaches when standard solutions are not enough
Supporting customers in adopting new tools and processes
Driving licence and car required (regular visits to customers)
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
Technical and functional profile, with a good understanding of business issues
Organised, structured and independent person, capable of managing multiple projects
Strong appetite for automation, system optimisation and operational efficiency
Ability to quickly understand diverse business environments
Analytical, logical and solution-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Zoho ERP: a significant advantage
Level of experience: open (junior candidates with potential or experienced candidates welcome)
Concrete projects with a direct impact on the efficiency of client companies
A high degree of autonomy in project management
A gradual increase in skills in ERP solutions and automation
A company on a human scale that values accountability and quality of work
Ongoing training in Zoho ERP
Position mainly on site and at clients’ premises
